I am a twenty-four year old student at Thompson Rivers University. Next year is the final year of my bachelor of arts degree at which time I will be applying for acceptance into the education program. My major is in English and my minor is in History. The idea behind that is to have two teachable subjects that I could teach at the high school level. Furthermore, I taught martial arts for about five years and trained until I received my third degree black belt. I am also the father of a beautiful two and a half year old girl. I chose to take this course because I am very interested in learning more about health and how to improve the health of myself and my family. The pictures in this section include one of me and my family during the Christmas season and one of my wife and I meeting Supernatural stars Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki. The reason I chose these photos is because they showcase two times in my life when I was the most happy. I think this is important because health and happiness are intrinsically linked.
